【摘要】:ThispartofISO15011definesalaboratorymethodformeasuringtheemissionrateoffumefromarcwelding.Italsodefinesamethodofcollectingthefumeforsubsequentanalysisandreferstosuitableanalyticaltechniques.Themethodsdescribedaresuitableforusewithallopenarcweldingprocessesexcepttungsteninertgas(TIG)welding,whichproduceslittlefume.Theemissionratemethodcanbeusedtoevaluatetheeffectsofweldingelectrodesandwires,weldingparameters,processes,shieldinggases,testpiececompositionandtestpiecesurfaceconditiononfumeemissionrate.Followinganalysisofthefumecollected,theeffectsoftestparametersonfumecompositioncanalsobedetermined.
