【摘要】:1.1Thisspecificationestablishestherequirementsfortwogradesofoxygen-freeelectrolyticcopperwirebars,billets,andcakesproducedwithouttheuseofmetallicormetaloidaldeoxidizers.1.2Oxygen-freecopper,asdescribedherein,isdefinedascoppercontainingoxygennotinexcessof0.0010%(10ppm).1.2.1Grade1copper(UNSC10100)correspondstothedesignationOFEinClassificationB224.1.2.2Grade2copper(UNSC10200)correspondstothedesignationOFinClassificationB224.1.2.3Grade2coppermaybeusedtoproduceOFSdesignationcopperscorrespondingtoUNSC10400,C10500,andC10700.1.3AlthoughthisspecificationincludescertainUNSdesignationsasdescribedinPracticeE527,thesedesignationsareforcrossreferenceonlyandarenotspecificationrequirements.Incaseofconflict,SpecificationB170shallgovern.1.4Thevaluesstatedininch-poundunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesgiveninparenthesesareforinformationonly,exceptforanalyticalmeasurementswhereSIunitsarethenorm.1.5ThefollowinghazardcaveatpertainsonlytoSection13andAnnexA1,ofthisspecification.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
