【摘要】:ThisdocumentspecifiesthetechnicalrequirementstominimisethehazardslistedinClause4whichcanariseduringthecommissioning,operationandmaintenanceofaircraftjacks,axlejacksandhydraulictailstanchionswhencarriedoutinaccordancewiththespecificationsgivenbythemanufacturerorhisauthorisedrepresentative.Italsotakesintoaccountsomeperformancerequirementsrecognisedasessentialbyauthorities,aircraftandgroundsupportequipment(GSE)manufacturersaswellasairlinesandhandlingagencies.Thisdocumentappliesto:—alltypesofaircraftjacks;—axlejacksandhydraulictailstanchionsdesignedtobeusedatspecificjackingpointsontheaircraft(examplesseeAnnexA).NOTEAtailstanchiontypeisintendedtobeusedwithonetypeofaircraft.Thisdocumentdoesnotapplytoaircraftrecoveryequipment.Thisdocumentdoesnotestablishrequirementsfornoiseandvibration.NoiseandvibrationaredealtwithrespectivelyinEN1915-4andEN1915-3.ThisPartofEN12312isnotapplicabletoaircraftjacks,axlejacksandhydraulictailstanchionswhicharemanufacturedbeforethedateofpublicationofthisdocumentbyCEN.
