【摘要】:ThispartofIEC60761isapplicabletoequipmentintendedforsimultaneous,delayedordiscretesequentialmeasurementofradioactivenoblegasingaseouseffluentsdischargedintotheenvironment.Itisapplicabletoradioactivenoblegaseffluentmonitorsintendedtofulfillthefollowingfunctions:-themeasurementofthevolumicactivityofradioactivegasesinthegaseouseffluentsatthedischargepointanditsvariationwithtime;-theactuationofanalarmwhenapredeterminedvolumicactivityorapredeterminedtotalreleasedradioactivityisexceeded;-thedeterminationofthegasactivitydischargedoveragivenperiodand/orinformationonthecompositionofamixtureofdifferentgasesinthedischarge.Radonisanaturalradioactivenoblegas.Itsmeasurementisnotincludedinthisstandard.Thepresenceofradon,oritsdecayproducts,mayinterferewiththemeasurementofother(artificial)radioactivegases.Theobjectofthisstandardistolaydownspecificstandardrequirements,includingtechnicalcharacteristicsandgeneraltestconditions,andtogiveexamplesofacceptablemethodsfornoblegaseffluentmonitors.Thegeneralrequirements,technicalcharacteristics,testprocedures,radiation,electrical,mechanical,safetyandenvironmentalcharacteristicsaregiveninIEC60761-1.Unlessother-wisestated,theyapplytothispart.

【摘要】:ThisdocumentspecifiesrequirementsandtestmethodsfornewVariableMessageSigns(VMS).VMScomprisetwotypes,continuousanddiscontinuoussigns:-continuoussignsarethosethataresimilartofixedsigns,theonlydifferencebeingthatbysomeelectro-mechanicalmeanstheycanshowvariousmessages.NOTE1Forexamplerotatingprismsigns,rollerblinds.-discontinuoussignscreatemessagesusingindividualelementsthatcanbeinoneoftwostates(ormore)andcantherebycreatevariousmessagesonthesamesignface.NOTE2Forexamplefibreopticsigns,LEDsigns.ThisdocumentcoverstheperformancerequirementsforVariableMessageSignsusedfortheinstructionandguidanceofroadusersonpublicandprivateland,includingtunnels.Inthisdocumentanumberofdifferentperformancerequirements(visualperformance,EMC,environmentalperformance,etc)arecovered,aswellasdurability.TheEMC,safetyandenvironmentalrequirementsforbothtypesofVMSareincludedinthisdocumenttogetherwiththevisualperformanceforthediscontinuoustypesVMS.ThevisualperformanceforcontinuoussignsandexternallyilluminateddiscontinuoussignswhichareexternallyilluminatediscoveredbyEN12899-1.Thisdocumentdefinesperformancelimitsandarangeofperformanceclassesforbothsignassemblieswithoutverticalsupportandassembliescompletewithverticalsupport.Notcoveredbythisdocumentare:a)signgantries,cantileversandfoundations;b)signalheads;c)sizesandshapesofVMSmessages;d)controlunitsandmonitoringunitsunlessinsidethetestmodule;e)signluminancecontrol.Thecontroloftheluminanceofluminoussignswithrespecttotheambientlightisnotcoveredbythisstandard.
