【摘要】:Thisdocumentspecifiestheessentialsafetyrequirementsforhydraulicpresses,includingtoggleandhydro-mechanicones,withaverticalclosingmovementmorethan6mmforthemouldingofplasticsand/orrubber.Thisdocumentcoversbothcompressionmoulding(see3.1.1)andtransfermoulding(see3.1.2).Allhazardslistedinclause4arecoveredbythisdocument.Thefollowingmachinesareexcluded:—injectionmouldingmachines(seeEN201);—pressesforcuringpneumatictyres;—pressesforcuringinnertubesandcuringbags;—hydraulicpressesascoveredbyEN693;—mechanicalpressesascoveredbyEN692;—thermoformingmachines(seeEN12409);—RIMmachines(seeEN1612-1andEN1612-2).Thesafetyrequirementsfortheadditionalhazardsarisingfromtheinteractionbetweenpressesandancillaryequipmentespeciallyloadingandunloadingdevicesarespecified.Thesafetyrequirementsfortheancillaryequipmentitselfarenotspecified.Thisdocumentdoesnotcover:—therequirementsofDirective94/9/CEconcerningequipmentandprotectivesystemsintendedforuseinpotentiallyexplosiveatmospheres;—requirementsforthedesignofexhaustventilationsystems.ThisdocumentisnotapplicabletopressesmanufacturedbeforethedateofpublicationofthisdocumentbyCEN.
